1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Sirisora ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Sirisora

Sirisora is intended for use by adults (parents or legal guardians) to track habits of children in their household. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Your content

The household name, kid names, task labels, and history entries you create are yours. We don't claim any ownership of them. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content back to you so the app can function.

Sirisora is offered free of charge during this early phase. We do our best to keep it running smoothly and your data safe, but we provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@sirisora.com; we will erase your household within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
